Skate into the holidays along the scenic coastline at Ice Skating by the Bay! This seasonal ice skating rink is located in Custom House Plaza near Monterey Old Fisherman's Wharf and behind Portola Hotel & Spa. Skaters can spend the day in a winter wonderland right by the Bay. We do not have specific sessions. Skate as long as you like! The wristbands are good all day. If you leave & come back, you

only pay for skate rental again. We can’t wait to have you! Admission: Adults $15 / Children 12 and under $13 / Rental skates available for $5. Ice Skating by the Bay is open daily (weather permitting) including holidays. OPEN with the Following Schedule! Monday - Saturday (with the exception of the below dates)

Closed to Public for Private Event on Thursday, December 12th. ADMISSION
Adults: $15 • Children 12 & under: $13 • Skate Rental Fee: $5
Season Pass: $225 for the entire season. (Skate rental not included)

Located in Custom House Plaza, behind the Portola Hotel & Spa. We are excited to announce Special Events, Holiday and Birthday Parties will now have exclusive scheduling opportunities on a select eight days! We can't wait to host your event!

🌟 Hey everyone! 🌟 We tried to keep the fun going in hopes that the power would come back, but unfortunately, the plaza is still in the dark. 😞 For everyone's safety, we’ll be closing for the rest of the evening.

The power company expects to restore electricity by 11 PM! ⚡ If you bought tickets online, don’t worry! Just come skate with us when you can, and let us know you had tickets for today. We’ll make sure to check you in! 🎟️

Hey there, ice skating enthusiasts and families! 🤗 As the leaves begin to change color and the cool breeze fills the air, we couldn't be more excited to usher in the magical season of fall here at Magic Ice.

This season is always special for us. It signifies new beginnings, cozy sweaters, and, most importantly, the start of another fantastic skating season! 🎉⛸️

🔨 We've Been Busy!
Summer might have been all about beach trips and sunblock, but here at Magic Ice, it was "Operation Make-Things-Awesome."
