We're finally starting to feel more settled in our new place, and I'm getting "back to work." When your baby boy asks for a highland cow for his friend for her birthday because they're her favorite, and she's his favorite (girl)friend, you make sure it's adorably huggable 😍😍 We nailed it, and she LOVED it 🤗

We realized on October 30th that the Toad hat we ordered for him hadn't been delivered yet. What's a ho**er Momma to do? 💁🏼‍♀️😆 Stay up all night and hook him a costume! 😂 😅 Finished it just in time for Trick-or-treating 🎃👻🍬 He was quite happy to share his candy with me this year 😛🥰🫠🤗 It was a great Halloween ❤️🎃

It's Latino Heritage Month so I celebrated by making huggable versions of one of my favorite painters. I have always connected with Frida, and even though my pain and fatigue is laughable compared to what she had to endure, she embraced her deepest pain and it exploded from her like a signal fire. Her stubbornness, vulnerability and adaptability have always inspired me to never stop creating.

I found crochet as a medium to still make art as I raise my family. It's always a juggle to fit outside work into the Momming Lifestyle, but I steal away forgotten moments (like sitting in the car, waiting for school pickup 😆) to build stitch by stitch, something meaningful.
