We want to give a quick shoutout to Amber Pifferitti for helping create our 2026 Show Shirts. Our band had two very creative students design the logo based on our 2026 show, "Polaris". Thank you to all who worked hard to put this masterpiece together!

The Heritage Music Department wants to congratulate these students on their hard work and dedication, as they earned a spot in the IBA All Region and IBA All District Honor Bands!

The IBA Honor Bands provide an excellent opportunity for our students to have their talents recognized, perform with other outstanding young musicians and work with highly respected music educators and conductors. All Region Honor Band is available to any student grades 7th through 9th who show great interest and a love for music and are in good standing with their music programs. All District Honor Band is available to any student grades 9th through 12th who show great interest and a love for music and are in good standing with their music programs.

The All Region Band will rehearse for two days, with a concert at Marion HS on Sunday, November 15th. The All District Band will also rehearse for two days, with a concert at Marion HS on Sunday, November 22nd.

Congratulations to our students again! We are so proud and excited to watch you perform and represent our school!

And we're off!

The Pride of Heritage Marching Band officially started it's competition season yesterday at the Bluffton Banks of the Wabash Invitational! We're so proud of all of our students and we are so thankful to our amazing Pit Crew who helped with props, food, hair, makeup, and uniforms!

Next week we will be at DeKalb HS at 7pm! Come out to catch this season's show "Polaris"!

Congratulations to our very own Pride of Heritage Marching Band for being selected as Wane 15's very first "Marching Band of the Week"! Last night representatives from both Wane 15 and Purdue University Fort Wayne came out to chat with some of our students and present us with a plaque. Be sure to tune into Wane 15 this Friday evening at 5pm to watch a very special segment featuring our group!

IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR!!!

The Heritage Music Department is selling Soapy Joe Laundry Detergent! Our students were given order forms today, but if you need to reach out to make an order, feel free to DM Josh Rakoczy your order. Orders and Money are due September 11, which is in two weeks! Reminder, the music department only runs this once a year now, so now is the time to stock up on all of your needs!
