this time does not include the 1-3 day shipping time. Shipping Policy:

All packages ship by USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Also they all come with a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from doors, porches etc. If the Post Office shows "Delivered" then we have no reco

urse. The Post Office does not pay insurance claims on packages that show delivered but then have been stolen after delivery. If your item is received damaged you must let us know within 3 business days upon USPS delivery of item. You must let us know of the damage using the Etsy message system along with pictures of damage. Do not discard the item or packaging until we have told you to do so. Refund Policy:

Refunds are only done in the event that you are extremely dissatisfied. With this I ask that you allow me to make it right first. Returns/exchanges must be received within 7 business days in original packaging and condition. No refunds will be giving if you have decided to change your mind and no longer want the item. If in an event an item arrives broken due to USPS delivery buyer will NOT have to pay anything for replacement.
