Be prepared to take risks, don't be afraid to express your talent and stand out from the crowd. Don't be the person that looks back and wishes they would have started six months ago. Consistently give 100% and everything you dream of will become a reality. Life is not about perfection, its about consistency and perseverance. The sky is not the limit.... There are NO LIMITS. Huge congratulations to our very own Cara Burke for completing her recertification in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)! 🩰

PBT is an innovative body-conditioning and muscle-memory program that uses stability balls and resistance bands to enhance core strength, alignment, and technique and our dancers take this class weekly.

Here is why this class is an absolute game-changer for our team:

• Stage-Ready Technique: It locks in muscle memory for cleaner turns, higher extensions, and sharper choreography.

• Injury Proofing: It strengthens deep stabilizing muscles to protect their bodies from the demands of a tough comp season.

• Rock-Solid Core: Training with exercise balls and bands forces them to find their center so they can nail every single landing

We love seeing our dancers push their boundaries and level up their training.

Thank you, Ms. Cara, for your continuous dedication to our dancers’ growth! Drop a 👏 below to congratulate her! 👇
