🍎 Celebrating Michelle Puckett's Retirement! 🍎

After 28 years of dedicated service to Middletown City Schools, we congratulate Michelle Puckett, Passport to Tomorrow Teacher at Miller Ridge Elementary, on her retirement.

Throughout her career, Michelle served students at Mayfield Elementary, Wildwood Elementary, and Miller Ridge Elementary. Whether teaching language arts, supporting literacy, or helping students prepare for the future through Passport to Tomorrow, she built meaningful connections that extended far beyond the classroom.

When reflecting on her career, Michelle shared:
“The greatest joy of my career has been building genuine relationships with students, their families, and my colleagues. Some of my favorite moments were hearing from former students who wanted me to know I had made a positive impact on their lives. One lesson I’ve learned is the importance of listening—making sure students know they are heard, valued, and cared for.”
