First carved piece: official! 🪵🔮✨

I’ve been diving into learning wood carving, and this hand-carved wand is my very first finished piece! Taking a raw branch, whittling it down, and adding raw crystal accents has been such a fun, grounding experiment. Every curve, detail, and stone inlay came together better than I could’ve hoped for a first run.

Hands on a new edge. 🪵✨

Trying my hand at a brand-new skill today—wood whittling!

There is something deeply grounding about paring away raw wood and letting a shape slowly emerge from a simple twig. It’s definitely a test of patience (and thumb strength!), but I’m excited to see where this journey takes future bench creations.
