Congrats to this incredible group of kids for starting up a new team. Wishing them all the best. Get out and show them some support in the upcoming years!

Here’s your chance to help grow the game in North Louisiana! Quite a few of our former players are now part of the newly-formed Louisiana Tech Lacrosse Club. It’s exciting to see so many of our kids continuing their playing careers beyond high school. As with any new start-up program, funding is an issue. To help fund their program, the Louisiana Tech team is hosting a Skills Camp on Saturday, January 21st, for those interested in learning more about the game beyond high school and possibly pick up a nugget or two. It’s only $100, and you’ll get a LaTech pennie and an afternoon of laxing with the Bulldogs.
I encourage all our North Louisiana players to attend this camp, and parents and Byrd Alumni to help out these young men financially.

Got to sit beside the Head Coach of the Notre Dame women's Lacrosse team during a flight from Atlanta to Charlottesville, VA. She talked about the growth of the sport and how she gets a lot of recruits from Georgia, and the recent addition of the University of Florida's Women's lacrosse team to the D1 NCAA slate. Won't be too long and we will have our first SEC School going to the big leagues of D1 ball for the men as well. Very exciting time for the history of this sport!

Played well today against the LR- Stags. Great venue setup in War Memorial Stadium!

Next games set for April 25/26. Where we will be playing in Monroe against Tulane and LR-Stags. First ever home tournament. Y'all come out!
