The named plaintiff in this case is MY age (around 50) and an attorney in NC.

That is how long this case has been in the courts.

Susan Book shown in the video will also be a speaker at the Union County Pride Annual Conference (Www.unioncountypride.org) in May.

It's been two years since the court last heard arguments in the Leandro case. Parents, educators and education advocates are frustrated about the wait for a Supreme Court decision.
