Glendora Plantation Historical Glendora was a working farm with a small 2 room cabin built on the riverbank (late 1800’s.) The home dates to 1933. Today it’s our private home.

The levee system caused the owners to relocate living quarters to the current location. By appointment only

Just an update: we made Glendora our private home in 2024 (pets included)

Currently, I have suspended bookings as we have been doing renovations over the last 9 months. If and when we do reboot our bookings, I will be starting over preparing new venue packages.

NOTE-One decision that will go forward: only micro weddings with guest count up to 70 will be hosted. This size fits our pews, our plumbing facilities and our indoor reception area more comfortably. We are considering allowing rehearsal dinners to be hosted, but currently we won’t be planning to have overnight guest accommodations on the property.

Renovations are going slowly, but beautifully. Our foundation is solid! Our floors are refurbished or replaced. Our paint is getting refreshed. And our bridal suite is getting a big facelift. While we aren’t exactly ready for guests, we are entertaining events later in 2026!
