Hello to all former and potential Fiber Fusion NW instructors! Our class proposal form is now LIVE on the website and ready for your imaginative class ideas -- link in first comment! Fiber Fusion hosts three full days of classes, which can range in length from two hours long to a full six-hour day. 2027 class dates are Fri Jun 4th through Sun Jun 6. You are welcome to submit a proposal for each class you think you would like to teach.

Class proposals for each Fiber Fusion are accepted up until January 15 of the event. Proposals for classes to be taught during Fiber Fusion NW in June 2027 need to be submitted by January 15, 2027. Keep in mind that due to space restrictions, we limit our class size to 15 students or less.

We’re eager to receive Vendor Applications for the 2027 Fiber Fusion Northwest weekend! 2027 dates are Sat Jun 5 and Sun Jun 6, with set-up on Fri afternoon, Jun 4. New and returning vendors are encouraged to complete the Vendor Application Form. The deadline for applications for the First Jury Review is next Friday, August 14, at midnight. Check out the Vendor Portal page for more information.

Early Bird registration deadline: 09/28/26
Regular registration deadline: 10/12/26

Application deadline for Second Jury Review: 10/9/26

It’s been almost four weeks since 2026 Fiber Fusion. Thanks again to attendees, class instructors, vendors, demonstrators, fiber arts & fleece show participants, and volunteers for a great weekend with lots of natural fibers and arts related learning, shopping, and being together.

The 2027 Vendor Application Form is now up on the website! Applications are welcome from returning and new prospective vendors.

To all 2026 Vendors at last weekend's Fiber Fusion NW weekend:

Here is huge thanks to the more than 100+ vendors at this year's event! Thanks for all the work on Friday afternoon with setting up your booths. The variety and quality of products in your booths was amazing. The synergy of vendors and attendees talking excitedly together about fiber, fiber arts, finding yarn and supplies for projects, live animals, and much more was everywhere in the Event Center and the Pavilion. The rain and hail brought the crowds in on Saturday. The Raffle drawings were so popular -- thank you for contributing items to it. And, thank you for the education happening in your booths. And thanks to vendors who were also instructors, demonstrators, and volunteers! And take-down and load-out was completed in record time. A special thank you to returning vendors who reached out and made the twelve new vendors this year feel welcome, included, and comfortable.

On behalf of the Planning Team, here is a FFNW heartfelt thank you for being a vendor this year. Your expenses to be a vendor, especially for transportation costs to/from Monroe, were higher. We appreciated hearing feedback over both days about how your weekend was going for you as a vendor.

Marion, Vendor Coordinator, will be in touch with the Event Center vendors within the next few days with a post-FFNW Vendor email. Rhonda, Live Fiber Animal Display Coordinator, will be connecting with the Pavilion vendors too. 60 Vendor Evaluation Forms were passed in on Sunday -- thank you! There will be a link to a copy of the Vendor Evaluation Form in our emails & we'd appreciate hearing back from the rest of you.

Also, vending is a lot of work! We hope you've had some time to relax and take it easy this week.

And, a reminder that the 2027 Vendor Application Form will be up on the website on July 1. There will be an email sent to the large Vendor email list, which includes all vendors who have been at FFNW in recent years. We'll add a post here on Facebook too.
