🎄 **Calling all artists, makers & creatives!** 🎄

Applications CLOSE ON JUNE 15 for MWCA’s Christmas Market — our busiest and most magical shopping season of the year!

We open applications early so accepted artists have plenty of time to plan, create, and prepare inventory for November and December, when our shop is full of holiday shoppers looking for meaningful, handmade gifts.

Another fun creative Thursday with the Monroe Makers. Open to all. Bring a craft you’re working on or help paint angels for our ArtMD boxes. This group meets every Thursday from 1 to 3. Just come on in!

Look at what’s happening in the pottery studio! 😍

Tonight’s class with Jen was full of creativity, focus, and some seriously wonderful progress. Some students are still building new pieces, while others have moved on to glazing — which means beautiful finished pottery is getting closer and closer to its grand debut from the kiln.

It has been such a joy to watch these students grow in confidence and skill week by week. Pottery has a way of teaching patience, persistence, and maybe just a tiny bit of obsession with clay. 😉

Good news: **Jen will be offering this 8-week course again starting July 29!** If you’ve been thinking about trying pottery, this is a wonderful place to begin.

Two BIG pallets arrived today — holding **2,000 ArtMD boxes** just waiting to be filled with creativity, comfort, and care. ❤️

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be putting together **free healing art kits** for adults, teens, and children in our community.

We call them healing art kits because that’s what art does. It helps us through times of stress, sadness, illness, and uncertainty. It reminds people they are seen, cared for, and not alone.

Thank you for supporting MWCA as we continue this work of bringing **Art for All** into the hearts and homes that need it most. 🎨

THIS Saturday I'll be demo painting in The Eulalia in Monroe. 12 - 2:30

OOPS...change of time - bringing more art to add to the exhibit: animals...cityscapes....florals...and figures...those are the subjects I like to paint.
