Visita el City Hall entre las 5 p. m. y las 7 p. m. para encontrarte con tus bomberos y policías favoritos mientras reparten dulces. Aquí tienes algunos consejos de seguridad adicionales:

The City of Monona Police Department recommends Trick or Treating between the hours of 4pm and 7pm on Halloween. Visit City Hall between 5pm and 7pm to catch your favorite fire and police department heroes as they pass out goodies. Here are some additional safety tips to keep in mind:
