Last weekend, we dedicated our new Forest studio to the Lord. 🩷 Before rolling out the Marley, we prayed over the space and wrote Bible verses on the floor, laying a foundation of faith beneath every step that will be taken in this studio.

Today, we’re celebrating another incredible milestone: over 100 families are now on our priority registration list! 🎉🩷

God has truly been with us every step of the way, and we are so excited to meet our growing PHDA family!

Because of the incredible blessing of so many families, we are now asking families to RSVP for our Open House. This will help us care for everyone in a timely manner and give us the opportunity to connect with each dancer and family.

Our Open House will include sample classes, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and time to explore the studio and meet our team! 🎀

We are so incredibly grateful for this community and cannot wait to see how God uses PHDA Forest to impact the Lynchburg area and beyond.

At PHDA, we’re teaching more than dance.

Every class is an opportunity to grow in ways that reach far beyond the studio. We hope our dancers carry these lessons with them wherever they go.

What an adventure!

Our Brave Steps Expedition was all about stepping outside our comfort zones, trying something new, and discovering just how brave we can be!

We loved watching our dancers take brave steps, explore new styles, and cheer each other on along the way.

We’re so proud of every dancer who took the challenge! Way to be brave, PHDA! 🩰✨

At PHDA, our priorities are simple:

Christ first. Community second. Choreography third. 🩷

We’re not here to compete against each other. We’re here to become 1% better than we were yesterday, while encouraging the person beside us to do the same.

That’s why we call ourselves the PHDA Family. We lift each other up, celebrate each other, and create a culture where every dancer is seen, known, and loved.

It starts with our teachers, but it’s woven into everything we do and taught to every student who walks through our doors.

Christ is glorified. Community is built. Choreography is taught. This is the PHDA way. 🩰

Meet the PHDA Team!

We’re excited to introduce one of the newest members of our PHDA team, Miss Cameran Nikitina who teaches at our Bedford and Forest locations! 🩰

Originally from Northern Virginia, she began dancing at 12 and danced throughout middle and high school with a company and varsity dance team, even serving as co-captain.

After stepping away from dance, she felt the Lord leading her back to a space where she could bring joy, creativity, confidence, and encouragement to dancers. We’re so thankful that brought her to PHDA!

Her favorite styles are Jazz and Tap, and outside of PHDA she enjoys serving at church, designing websites, and learning to play piano. 🎹

This is your sign to try dance.

Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for a while. Maybe your child keeps asking. Maybe you’re just ready to try something new.

You don’t have to be experienced. You don’t have to have perfect technique. You just have to be willing to take the first step.

At PHDA, we believe there’s a place for every dancer to learn, grow, and discover the joy of movement.

So take the step! Sign up for a free trial class through the link in our bio!✨
