Sherre Sayler, I am so sorry for your loss of your husband Sam. Sam passed away Friday afternoon in his home surrounded by his wife and family. Sam was one of the original founding fathers of the Knights Of The Round Table at both gyms in Molalla. The Round Table mainly consisted of talks on politics, sports and making fun of the gym manager. Even though I provided coffee for them every day. But, when the coffee wasn't made, did I ever hear about it. Sam & our Round Table group had some really great times, lots of laughs & some tears along the way. Sam always had my back. Well, other than at the Round Table. Sam was a great guy who will be missed by many people. I'm glad that through my years at working at the gyms in Molalla that I documented & took pictures and posted on social media for the main purpose of saving these memories. RIP Sam Sayler.

Happy Mother's Day to my Mom in heaven & to all of the Mom's in my life. You are all amazing. I can honestly say since my Mom passed away, my life has gone constantly downhill. It feels like every day has been a struggle. I would love to go back to the days when my Mom was here. I love and miss you Mom and I can't wait to leave this planet and be reunited with you.
