Honey Hoops offers a variety of entertainment services which include.....
Hula hoop lessons: hoop dance (focuses on moving with the hoop and dancing with it. this is trick based and can build up to routines and performances), hoop fitness (focuses on using the hoop to expand exercises mainly around the waist, arms and legs.) hoop yoga (incorporates the hoop into yoga poses, very relaxing)

orkshops: group workshops are available for all types of lessons. Custom hula hoops - weighted workout hoops, collapsable travel hoops, practice hoops, fire hoops. Hula hoop performances- LED (glow), Fire, aerial
Hula hoop parties: standard party ( includes hoop instruction, hoop games, and a short performance demo) Hoop crafting parties (I bring the supplies and you decorate the hoops! great for kids party favors and can be added to standard parties. Hula hoop Dreamcatchers: Custom made, you choose the taping and feather colors, string or wire, add charms and ribbons, stones can be added to wire.
