My heart is as whole as it can be and I owe it to the lovely beings that are the Bungalow Bunnies. I'd say that they have no idea what they did for me, but they know me too damn well. I might be the goddess you fear in anticipation, but they know that I am just the overgrown pussycat/teddy bear that wants nothing more than to love and care for my girls.

The Bored Bunny Chronicles...Madame J edition. We bunnies have been either hidden away in our caves, or for the few of us deemed essential workers, braving the outside for the good of humanity, during the quarantine. Either way, like many we are fu***ng BORED! I'm one of the essential employees who has to brave the outside, to work in the transportation industry...I also wasn't feeling 100% and fear of me carrying plague, got me sent home from work today. Where my elderly parents are. Mum isn't the problem...far from it! I'm her clone, so we can handle being isolated together just fine.

Dad on the other hand... Imagine an entity that is the polar opposite of me. That would be dear old Dad to a tee! I can relate better with him than my sister, mainly because I'm the son he never had. Seriously, I know more DIY skills than almost every man I know. Still the man drives me bloody bonkers sometimes. He's retired career military and also worked in the aviation communications industry as a civilian. If he has interests, they revolve around communications, aviation, or the military. Then there's the times when I unintentionally retaliate. The following anecdote is one such instance.

We have a smart TV and he has hijacked my YouTube account for his amusement. Fine. He was watching an aviation video about plane specs and as usual starts talking to me about the stuff I can hear just fine...he's also deaf and has the telly cranked to loud as f**k. Anyway, the video was about a turbo prop type aeroplane...this is when I unknowingly strike back. He's going on about the manufacturer in France and my knowledge of turbo props is a bit more eastern European. Specifically the Russian death trap known as the Illuyshin II-76. One of my obscure interests is researching aviation disasters. The Illuyshin II-76 has been involved in some doozies. Dad went from enjoying "manly topic!" with eldest daughter, to " shut up you weirdo! " in about 5 seconds...lol

Celebrated getting another year older by having a photo shoot with the incredible Kleos Captured Photography. She just sent me a couple of raws that haven't been edited yet, and she nailed it! We hit Alameda beach and Forbidden Island Tiki Bar for our shoot and this one from bar, sums up the day perfectly. We had the best time!

I couldn't recommend Kleos Captured Photography enough! She knows the performance world intimately and understands performer quirks and traits. I'm the funny ha ha of the Bunnies, who wanted to see if humour can translate to pin up. Guess what? It can with Kleo!
