We our pausing out social media hiatus as a way to emphasize black voices and creators, and to honor George Floyd.
Racism, brutality, and injustice are a part of everyday life in America and cannot be ignored. As a performing arts company with a small activism-minded team, we stand together at this important time and pledge that we will not be silent — not here on social media, not within our organization, nor when we are in public with our friends, family, or strangers.
We pledge to have the uncomfortable conversations as they come up, to call out racism directly, in real-time, to ensure we do our part to help stop inequality, injustice, and violence, faced by people of color.
As always, we are here as an outlet to support one another, please reach out. ❤️
