DID YOU KNOW? Tomorrow is the Downtown Modesto Art Walk, which happens on the third Thursday of each month from 5pm-8pm.

Start your self-guided tour by visiting the venues in any order you choose. Featuring art galleries, businesses and organizations that display art for the evening, working together to showcase the best of the arts. The Art Walk is a FREE casual event featuring a diverse range of artwork. You will have the opportunity to listen to local musicians, enjoy food and beverage from one of your favorite downtown restaurants as well as viewing artwork for purchase at local art galleries and shops. Wow, it’s September.
So nice to be going into September a bit cooler. But heads up, tomato trucks are everywhere and we are in the middle of tomato season. Tomatoes are in so much of our local economy and what we eat, from pasta sauce to Blood Marys. Best of all, fresh tomatoes are our specialty, especially at our local farmers markets and special places like Rodin Ranch Stand and Farmer’s Market downtown. Thanks to Antoinette and Marie Rodin for always delivering the fresh goodness. Thanks to our amazing VeiwCrew that scours our region for the good and positive things to do, like checking out our #1 rated “hidden gem” music scene. 🎨We are so excited to celebrate the hard work that our students have done this year! Their artwork will be on display for all to see on December 1st from 4-6pm.
🎨This is also a great time to see what our Art School is like if you have been thinking about enrolling. You will get a glimpse into the artwork that students create and our teachers will be there for you to meet and chat with. Feel free to let your friends know about this fun event!
