We are busy behind the scenes, preparing to re-open when everything is completely ready! It is a slow, step by step process; very similar to the ceramic process, which takes time to do properly. The hardest part is sitting on the shelf, waiting to dry completely before going through the intense heat of the kiln firings! And after the firings, waiting so much longer for the kiln to cool down, before we can open it and see all the beautiful results of the finished pottery! But patience pays off with the reveal!

We are continuing to step forward, and hope to share this creative space with new students again soon. We love you all. Thank you for patience, as you wait on us to get through our own drying times, kiln firings, and waiting on the kiln to cool before we reveal the next phase of the studio. It will be worth the wait! 😌

In the meantime, enjoy some of our fresh, new glaze colors on this test bowl! 💖

🛠️ Thank you for your patience as we navigate stepping into regular shop hours in the new space…as we are still taking steps to get the space completely ready to open officially!! 🪣

✅ Opening later this afternoon/evening for our new class sessions, Thursday evening Pottery Wheel Class. 🌀

✅ Friday, July 10th we’ll be around and open for another new session of Intermediate Pottery Wheel Class and an evening Couples Pottery Date! 💘

❌Saturday, July 11th we’ll be closed this weekend, to visit family! 💙

We’ve been at our house studio in rural Davie County since June 2020, and now we have moved to Downtown Mocksville!!

Really settling into this friendly neighborhood! And I’ve been spending long hours at the studio getting to know the space and the area better. We’ve continued to get the space up and ready for full operations and a Grand Opening coming end of summer break.

After the holiday on July 4th, we’ll be keeping more regular shop hours, along with our scheduled classes, workshops, couples dates, and pottery experience sessions. Come by to say hi in July! Shop our wares on display, view artwork in the gallery, check out the pottery studios throwing room and Handbuilding and glazing room, sign up for a session, class, or workshop, and relax in the coffee lounge.

We are excited to share this space with our community!
