People think beading it's just picking up a needle 🪡, thread, and strand beads. No it is not that simple and not that easy neither. It's an art, a form to express one's feelings, emotions, just as a canvas is to a paint artist.
One must have a lot of patience, I mean buckets of it. Then, one must have dedication to the art, along with the knowledge of the different techniques. Mastering the techniques takes time and practice, which does not comes overnight.
Beading cannot be rushed. It takes time, patience, dedication and knowledge to achieve the completion of a design. Some may takes minutes, but some may take longer than expected, depending on the dificulty of the design.
I wish people would understand what it takes to make a beading piece by hand and not by a machine. The hours, the patience to count and to match the size of the beads at times, because even the high end beads, can at times be distorted or uneven. For some that's a beautiful thing, the imperfections, but for some it is not.
So, when you see a hand made design, stop and think about all the different things involved, patience, dedication, sizing, counting, design the picture, just to name a few, and consider buying the items, rather than complaining about the price. Thank you in advance 🙏🏼❤️🫂
