Zeus is my latest burn. According to Greek mythology, Zeus is the God of the sky. He is often shown with a lightning bolt in one hand and an eagle at his side. Photos of ancient statues of Zeus were used as a reference. High voltage (10,000 volts) lichtenberg techniques were used to create the lightning. This is my third metaphysical-based burn. The other two include Medusa and a wizard with crystal ball.

Medusa. My latest burn. From Greek mythology she represents philosophy, beauty and art. It has been said that she is the symbol of what female power looks like in the face of threatened male authority. She had the ability to turn anyone she looked at to stone. I used both pyrography and Lichtenberg techniques in this wood burn.

I've burned three of my guitars. I used 100% Lichtenberg techniques to burn the acoustic guitar. The other two were burned with regular pyrography. The reaper was my very 1st pyrography burn. The other is a vintage Univox Hi Flier bass I'm restoring. The Univox burn isn't yet complete.
