Neptune's Daughters Neptune's Daughters was established in 1995 by a group of women with a love of Mobile's Mardis Gras and its Mystic traditions.

Neptune's Daughters has been parading in downtown Mobile for over 2 decades. From 21 charter members, our organization has grown to over 400 members. Our vision is to celebrate the artistic and cultural resources of our community and incorporate them into our Mardi Gras tradition, making the entire community a part of the Neptune's Daughters parade. We are known for our commitment to community-based service, a fabulous parade, and of course, signature mermaid themed throws. Though our organization is relatively young in a long tradition of Mardi Gras in Mobile, we have transformed local traditions with our Mermaid Flair!
