We are Hiring!
The Arts & Theatre Administrator provides leadership, coordination, and day-to-day management for both the Moberly Area Council on the Arts (MACA) and the historic 4th Street Theatre. This position serves as the primary public representative for both organizations and is responsible for organizing, promoting, administering, and evaluating arts programming, performances, and events. Working closely with volunteer boards, committees, contractors, and community partners, the Administrator ensures the financial health, operational efficiency, and public visibility of both entities.
The position functions as the central point of contact for arts programming, theatre operations, marketing, grants, and community relations, and supports the long-term sustainability of local arts and cultural initiatives.
