Just want to take a minute to say a huge thank you to everyone who made this year’s 70th Anniversary Tevis Cup so incredibly special.

To the entire Western States Trail Team and Tevis Cup crew, all of the amazing veterinarians and vet staff, every single volunteer, and our Global Endurance Training Center horses, riders, and crew — thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

And a very special thank you to our wonderful international riders from New Zealand. Thank you for being there, for being part of our team, and most importantly, for taking such wonderful care of our horses. Knowing they were in good hands meant more to us than you know. We are so grateful for the care, attention, and heart you gave them.

While our horse and human teams didn’t make it all the way to Auburn this year, we are still incredibly proud of them. Sometimes the hardest and most important decision we make is knowing when to say, “That’s enough for today.”

Because at the end of the day, we cherish our horses, and their health always comes first.

There is so much that goes into making the Tevis Cup happen. The people working on the trail, the volunteers at the vet checks and along the course, the veterinarians watching over every horse, the crews keeping everyone going, and all the folks behind the scenes who work so hard year after year.

You all make this amazing event possible, and we appreciate you more than you know.

We may not have gotten our completion this year, but we came away with healthy horses, some pretty amazing memories, and an even bigger appreciation for this incredible endurance family.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who was part of the 70th Anniversary Tevis Cup. And to our New Zealand friends — thank you for taking such good care of our horses and for being part of this journey with us.
