We are proud to offer FREE audio production/recording lessons with rare gear. We use mic modeling technology from UAD and Antelope, allowing you to experiment with mic's that would otherwise be inaccessible outside of a pro studio. We also utilize vintage analog hardware alongside mic preamp modeling technology from UAD. This provides the opportunity to experience different tones as you would encounter them in a major studio. It saves immense time and resources if you know which mic/preamp combination you prefer for your vocals or instruments. Going into a studio knowing you prefer a Neumann U87 into a Neve 1073 saves hours of trial and error. It can also help you narrow down what future purchases to prioritize to build a personalized setup!

As a music co-op, JamRoom studios doesn't charge fee's. However, we'll gladly take any unused gear you're not using. The goal is to provide a space for artists to learn, obtain support, support each other, and collaborate.

Recording options are scalable: for example, you could come here to track an entire demo/EP over a long weekend. Alternatively, if you don't have enough mics/preamps/channels, you could record drums here, then take your recordings back to your preferred/home studio to mix yourself!
