UM Swing Kidz UM Swing Kidz provides members opportunity to have fun, hone their skills as dancers, & make friends within Missoula's dancing community.

This club is made up of people who love a variety of dancing like Swing, Lindy Hop, Salsa, Ballroom & Tango. We host Dances at the University of Montana! We help manage events, host dances, and support events in Missoula. We've done everything from participating in performances for non-profits & community events. Quick update: Swing kidz practice is CANCELLED for this Sunday, October 1st.

However, we hope to see you all at the Missoula Winery on October 8th from 6-8. The Ed Norton Big Band will be playing there, which is a fantastic opportunity to dance to live music!

School is back, and so is U.m. Swingkidz! We are excited to start our practices for the semester. Our first one will be this Sunday (9/17/17) from 6-8 in the University Center Ballroom! The first half of the practice will be a lesson, and the second half we will play some music and just have fun dancing. We welcome everyone (both community memebers and students) and you dont need any dance experience to come have a good time! We hope to see you there!

Great dance opportunity this weekend: Martha Jane will be hosting a swing dance at her studio this Saturday! A triple step lesson begins at 6:30, then dance from 7:00-9:00. This is an awesome chance to get a lesson from a true professional, and connect with other dancers in the community! We'll be there too :) Tickets are $7 at the door- no experience or partner necessary!
