Thank you thank you thank you all so much! We were able to surpass our goal for fundraising at Rags to Riches!

We moved into our new storage unit this week, and now we get to shop for some new lights and build some walls!

A lot of wonderful people made this show possible. Thank you to all of the performers and designers who volunteered their time, the businesses that donated raffle items, our volunteers, Last Best Cabaret and MCT for lending us sound equipment, costumes, and props etc. and of course everyone who came, donated, and cheered us on! Here’s to the next five years! 🥂

Meet the rest of the cast of "Rags to Riches: a fundraisier cabaret!" While we couldn't do bios for our entire cast of 17, Here's a brief review of where you may have seen them before or at least where I've seen them before!

Mica Clarkson- High Noon Hootenany, Netfli### and Chills, head of Cliterati, and choreographing for MCT and beyond! Mica is high energy and high talent, and is making her MissCast debut in this show!

Arielle Nachtigal- MissCast's own I Think We Should Break up, singing with the Missoula symphony, Beauty and the Beast at MCT, and many other local shows! We are so happy to have you back Arielle!

Maisie Gospodarek - In my arms, just kidding! you know Maisie as one of our cofounders but also as an actor in our shows: The Ladies who lead, Dead Man's Cell phone, I Think We should Break up, Jingle Bell Rock Bottom, and Now. Here. This! Happy five years!

Rachel Shull- In MissCast's own I Think We Should Break Up, and Trio, as well as Little Shop, and The Play that goes wrong at MCT, and in Last Best Cabaret! We simply adore ya Rachel! Glad to have ya back!

Sam Fife- Rocky Horror, Spongebob, The Bridges of Madison County (all MCT), Hootenany and Netfli### and chills to name a few! Sam was our lovely SM for Now. Here. This. But this is somehow her first time on stage with us! Love ya Sam!

Steven Thomas- The Play that goes Wrong at MCT, and MissCast's own "The Visitors! Steven is unfortunately unable to be in our show as an actor, so instead he wrote a very funny sketch for the show! As a writer I would be remiss not to mention his wonderful podcast: All the Web's a Stage! Excited to showcase your work!

Jasmine Sherman- Probably the Stone of Accord slinging fish and chips. I kid I can't help it. I have been in MissCast's own: Ladies who Lead, Jingle Bell Rock Bottom, and Now. Here. This. As well as Galatea with AQD, and Young Frankenstein with MCT. I'm gonna rap in the show, so don't miss that!

Jake Nachtigal- MissCast's own Jingle Bell Rock Bottom, as well as Beauty and the Beast at MCT, Hootenany, Netflixx and chills and Rocky Horror! Great to have you back!

Alyssa Logan- Percy Jackson at MCT, and Little Shop! she was also one of our understudies for Trio last year! So excited to work with you again Alyssa, you are such a sweetheart

Falcon Nowa - Drag wrestling, or kinky bingo, or hosting any number of unique and sexy performance events ( including ours! ) This is our first time working with Falcon and we are so thankful to have such a stellar host!

Joe Kellogg- Our own production of Ordinary Days, or a slew of other shows, Spongebob and Rudolph at MCT, and just about anywhere where singing is happening! Love ya Joe!

Cassie Sapp- One of the amazing "Cliterati" dancers, you may have seen her shaking her tail in Hootenany or Netfli### and Chills! Damn this town puts on some great cabarets! Thanks for joining ours and making your MissCast debut Cassie! :)

Tim Ballard - Puffs at MCT, and Future Tripping with AQD, as well as bopping around doing improv! Somehow this is Tim's first time doing a show with us, but better late than never!

Nadia Mell - Future Tripping with AQD, and A Christmas story at MCT! This is Nadia's MissCast debut and we are so excited to get to work with her and know her better!

Emily Branch - Our own Jingle Bell Rock Bottom of course, but also many things since then! The play that goes wrong MCT, Last Best Cabaret, and The Inn at Derbyshire to name a few! Glad to have ya back Emily!

We are ONE WEEK away from our first of two shows for "Rags to Riches: A fundraiser cabaret". Here's a little sneak peek of some rehearsal photos!

Come on down and see some amazing local talent at work, and laugh your butts off! June 5th and 6th at the Zacc, Doors at 7, Show at 7:30. Tickets are only $25, but we will have some wonderful raffle prizes so make sure to bring some extra cash (After all this is a fundraiser!)
