Open Tango moves to Four Seasons.

From Tuesday 8 September we dance at Four Seasons Dance Studio, 1637 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis ( in through the cobblestone alley).

Three things changed at once. A new floor. A later start, 7:30 PM, for everyone who could never make six o'clock. And a lower price: $85 a month, or $25 to drop in.

The class is pre-intermediate to advanced. If you are starting from the beginning, Beginner Camp is where to start ( that is what it is for).

Been away a month? A year? A new floor is the easiest moment to come back. Nobody has a corner spot yet.

Followers wanted for the season ahead.

La Revuelta is Go Tango's performance ensemble. It rehearses every Thursday at
Carleton Artist Lofts in St. Paul, and it is looking for followers.

This is not a beginner class. It is a working ensemble that builds repertoire
week by week, and a follower who joins now joins at the start of the season
rather than in the middle of it.

Do you know someone who has never danced?

Not someone who used to dance. Someone who has always thought about it and decided they were too late, too stiff, or too without a partner.

Beginner Tango Camp is a weekend built for exactly that person. Three days, from nothing, in a room where nobody is watching and everybody started where they are starting. They arrive on Friday knowing no steps and leave on Sunday dancing with each other.

There is still room, and it begins this Friday.
