Forbidden Friday began August 2011 at Temple Night Club on the Gold Coast of Australia in Surfer’s Paradise. This was Justice’s first production outside of the United States and was mostly Fashion Shows featuring local Australian designers and fire eating burlesque performances by Justice of Dragons. The Forbidden Bazaar took life in 2013 as a Production Company and booking agency for shows a little outside of the corporate norm, and featured a variety of bookings for performances at venues around the twin city including The Saloon, The Pourhouse, The Gay 90’s, Ground Zero, and a hand full of private locations. The Forbidden Bazaar began a production of its own at Ground Zero on the 3rd Friday of every other month from Aug of 2013-Aug 2015. These Forbidden Friday productions melded the Goth, Industrial, B**M, EDM, Circus, Performance Arts, and night club dance party scenes. Every show was a different Costume Themed Dance Party designed to keep the dance floor hopping, and featured captivating pop up performances as well as a Bazaar of local vendors. These productions featured local and guest DJ’s, and a rotating cast of the Twin Cities finest entertainers showcasing their talents in aerial acrobatics, pole dance, belly dance, burlesque, fire arts, and B**M scenes. The Forbidden Bazaar Presents: Forbidden Thursdays- took place weekly at Ground Zero from Sept 2016-Feb2018. Forbidden Thursdays’ main stage entertainment showcased a variety of scenes involving Sh***ri, body painting, electrical tape body art, candle wax art, bo***ge, rope suspension, fire play, burning clothes off, electro play, Florentine flogging, aerial acrobatics, and fashion shows. Forbidden Fridays at the Gay 90’s started on the 2nd Friday in March of 2018, and ran through Dec. Forbidden Fridays are back at Ground Zero every 3rd Friday of the month in 2019.
