This piece is finally complete. 🌙 I put a lot of thought into the composition, colors and the underlying theme for this one.

If you look at the bottom right, you’ll notice a deck—it wasn‘t in the original sketch, but the balance felt off without it. By following the path of the boy’s boat and the moonlight reflecting on the water, adding the deck became the perfect way to anchor the scene.

I’ve titled this piece ”The Pursuit.“ It’s about chasing and searching for the traces of the moon. This is also the prequel to ”A Full Moon Night.“ I hope you all love it as much as I do! ✨
