⚽🌎❤️ Different stories, one celebration.

At Ritmo Latino, some of us were born in Colombia, some grew up far from it, and others come from different countries but fell in love with its joy, music, and culture. Through dance, we found a family.

When we heard that your voice would once again bring the world together, we celebrated the way we know best: dancing.

Thank you, Shakira, for carrying Colombia with pride and reminding us that no matter where we come from, we all belong.

From our little corner of Minnesota, with love, gratitude, and a lot of sabor… this one is for you. 🇨🇴✨💃

As we close the month celebrating Ritmo Latino’s 2nd Anniversary, our hearts are full.

Two years ago, Ritmo Latino started with a dream, a passion for dance, and a small group of people willing to take a chance on something new.

Today, we look back with gratitude and pride. We may have started small, but we have grown in so many ways—not only in numbers, but in smiles, friendships, experiences, knowledge, confidence, and unforgettable memories.

Together we have learned, challenged ourselves, celebrated victories, overcome obstacles, and most importantly, grown as dancers and as human beings. What makes Ritmo Latino special has never been the performances, the classes, or the choreography alone, it has always been the people.

To every student, family member, supporter, guest instructor, friend, and community member who has been part of this journey: thank you. Thank you for believing in us, for sharing your energy, your talent, your culture, and your heart.

I am incredibly proud of who we are and of the community we continue to build together. The best part of this journey has not been how much we have grown, but who we have grown with.

As we finish our anniversary month, we celebrate every laugh, every rehearsal, every performance, every challenge, and every person who has helped shape Ritmo Latino into what it is today.

Here’s to two beautiful years of dance, culture, friendship, and community, and to many more still to come. 💛
