Our 2026 Driveway Tour season launches this weekend!

Get ready for summer fun all across the Twin Cities! Our award-winning Driveway Tour brings high-quality, original outdoor puppet shows and live music to communities all around the metro! Gather your family and friends, lawn chairs or blankets, and join us for an unforgettable experience perfect for all ages!

We are thrilled to present two fantastic shows this summer:

TUCKER’S ROBOT (Launching Saturday, June 6!): A heartwarming and hilarious time-travel adventure about friendship, creativity, and the courage to face down neighborhood bullies.

JEREMY & THE GIANT KING (Coming in July!): A captivating tale of a romp through a fantastical storybook realm featuring a woodland witch and a Giant King on a rampage!

Boundless / Sin límites is coming to Pillsbury House Theatre, June 4 – 14! Created by our friends at All at Once.

All at Once is a Twin Cities–based collective of visionary puppeteers of color — Sofía Padilla, Oanh Vu (also PUPPET LAB Co-Artistic Directors), Andrew Young, and Erica Warren — creating immersive performances through shadow, tabletop, and rod puppetry.

Developed through story circles with BIPOC South Minneapolis residents, Boundless / Sin límites follows Sol, a young person sheltering in place from ICE who is swept into a time-traveling journey by Coyote, a trickster deity. Moving through layered Southside histories, the work explores migration, identity, memory, and community connection through myth, visual storytelling, and live performance.
