Also this week more Zumba events happening. I am at the health life expo at the MN convention center. Huge instructor lineup for charity.

Hello people.....................
lots of Zumba parties coming up and will have an update soon about the bollywood classes too.
but this Saturday... I will be co-teaching Zumba at her "PINK PARTY" at 4 seasons Dance studio; 9:30 am. Come join the dance party if you are free.

Please note the Bollywood jam will be on a short summer break. We will resume by fall. We may have some specials events that we will be communicated.

All the class event starts at 3:30 pm. I will start the instruction at 4:15 ish. Please do come early. Also take a moment to share and revise your RSVPs. IMPORTANT: please take some time to stretch your inner thighs and hamstrings to avoid injury. :) it's going to be super fun

Hey folks, I am teaching a workshop with the Guild of Oriental Dance, Sunday 4/26 10:30am-12:30am. $25.00. (members $20.00) It is a workshop that is an introduction to Ashtanga Yoga, it is for beginning levels. This class is open to the public, not just members. Christy amazes with every collectibles she has from India. This is all required for a Bharathnatyam teacher and she had it in the class. The bells for feet, the rhythm stick (taala) the little purple pompous are
The handles of small cymbals, another instrument to keep dancers in rhythm. She will be teaching part 2 the ape 25th.
