soooo yeah it’s been awhile...it was not our intention to leave you high & dry without ANY explanation...woops 🤦‍♀️ Back in May, we decided to take a big step back with WT due to other areas of our life needing our full attention 🧡 we’re still here (& still creating!!), but this business will definitely be looking different for awhile. You all have supported us so well from the very beginning, so we wanted to take a moment to loop you all in! To make it as clear as we can, this where we are at right now:
〰we are not actively offering services through WT at the moment (meaning we’re not booking weddings/events)
〰we are very open & eager to do one-off projects/collaborations (like the one we did above for ), so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re dreaming something up for your business, home, etc 💛
〰this business does (& will always) mean so much to us, so even though this season of life has made it difficult to pour into WT, we hope to have the capacity to invest more in the future (we still have so many exciting dreams for this business)!
〰we aren’t over (even though we went completely radio silent lol). It was a painful decision to take a step back, so I guess we needed a clean break to make it a little easier!
〰we hope to hop on here more in the upcoming months to share the little floral projects we are going! they may be few & far between, but we will happily share our designs when we can!

We love you all so much...& have missed you dearly!! 🧡💛

Honestly, the last thing we’ve been thinking about is our WT page, but we had to get on here to say something. We’ve heard it said that seeking racial justice in the world & in our own hearts (as white people) is a marathon, not a sprint. We can’t solve this issue overnight when it is deeply rooted in us & in our country’s design. This isn’t going away, & the day will come when the protests end & it’s not trendy to be justice-minded. It’s a marathon. We have to TRAIN & put in the hard work day after day after day. We need accountability. We need to embrace discomfort. We need to have the hard conversations. We need education. We need to heed the voices of BIPOC in our community & around the world. We need so many things that we don’t even know we need because of our blind spots, but we can (we must!!) commit to listening, learning, and getting really damn used to owning up and saying sorry.

We’re not quite sure how to use this platform during this scary time, but I guess we’ll start by putting the most joy-filled pictures we’ve got out there.
