Pop-up art show! Tuesday, July 23 from 11:30am-1:30pm xChange. Look for me on the corner of Nicollet Mall and 8th Street, there will be a 9 ft. tall totem pole made of plastic toys and a 13 ft. tall obelisk made of plastic trash.
