How do I know I mixed those drums too long last night? Because all I can hear today is that awful snare sound on repeat every time I stop and slow down a bit. Yuck. I knew better than to mix that long too, but that's how it goes sometimes. Time to go FIX it.

Working with Krystle Henninger was such a delight because a) her song is beautiful, b) her vision for what she wanted was clear, and c) she was open to other ideas that I brought to the table as an engineer to make the final work something we are both very proud of. I so enjoyed collaborating with her on "Postcard", it's just this kind of work that makes the job so rewarding.
