Is your favorite part of Trivia Mafia our wordplay rounds? Do you enjoy Before-and-Afters, rhyming answers, unscrambling anagrams, and adding/removing/changing letters to ruin things? Good news! Trivia Mafia’s “Oops! All Wordplay!” theme night is coming to you all throughout October.

Our writing staff has trained for years for this moment to unleash their peak powers of silly wordplay upon you. If you love puzzling your way to answers like “Usher’s Gushers,” “Long Island Iced Teapot Dome Scandal,” and “Honey Bunches of Goats,” this is your time to shine!

Oops! All Wordplay kicks off tomorrow at Wooden Hill Brewing Company, followed by NewBo City Market on Saturday!

Don’t be afraid, start the tape: Just in time for spooky season, Trivia Mafia is featuring “Interview with the Vampire” theme nights at select locations throughout October! Join Louis, Claudia, Armand, Daniel, and of course Lestat as they navigate the library of confusion known as the afterlife.

We’ll cover Seasons 1 through 3 — so while knowledge of “The Vampire Chronicles” book series is not necessary, it might be a good idea to rewatch the series and dust off your copy of The Vampire Lestat’s debut album before Drake drops another 50 songs. If you know that hunting is an art, have ever shipped The Devil’s Minion, or find yourself wondering why you have to feel … don’t have a Long Face — this night is for you!
