This month’s Open HeARTh Nico Moore will be joining us to lead a “hip hop mantra and affirmation creating session”. This theme will set the ground for us to connect and create together exploring the essence of healing hip hop! This event will take place from 5-7pm on Friday, October 16th.
As with all of our Open HeARTh nights, feel free to bring something you are already working on or join us with an open mind and heart and create something with the supplies provided…or just come and hang out with us. We will have light snacks and beverages, but feel free to add to the pile!!
About the Artist:
Nico “Speak Free” Moore is a creative wellness practitioner who works through Hip Hop, soulful vocals, handpan, acoustic guitar, spoken word, dance, and movement to cultivate a grounding, empowering, love-centered practice. His work creates sacred space for self-expression, reflection, connection, and community.
As a practitioner, Nico develops programs and workshops, and one on one consultations that cultivate freedom-finding, and wellness practices that center creativity, using artistic expression as a pathway toward healing, self-awareness, empowerment, and connection. His practice invites people to reconnect with their creativity, trust their innate wisdom, and explore new possibilities for how they move through the world.
