Beginning of the journey

I was always creative growing up, From writing short stories to drawing and everything in between. But I never pushed my creative limits due to lack of confidence and the fear of being judged. My Senior year of high school I was put into the world of art, I started taking Drama class at Golden Valley High school with a wonderful teacher who I felt really pushed my creative limits and showed that I could do more with the potential she saw. I never understood the power I had inside of me until then. She helped me find the break through that I needed in order to grow as an artist.

After Graduation I attempted to go to an Acting college in Los Angeles, Unfortunately I could not afford the payments even with student loans and my $15,000 scholarship. So I decided to take a different approach, I dove head first into the industry which allowed me to get a lot of great experiences by working in a couple big projects. But I found out later that the industry is cut throat when you’re surrounded by so many people with the same dream and the beautiful fantasy of Hollywood turned into a dark nightmare that never seemed to go away.

So I felt I had to retreat back to the drawing board and figure out a game plan of what needed to be done in order to start making a better impact in the art community. In those long hours of solitude I realized something, That I could either go to audition after audition in order to try and make somebody else’s dream come true or I can work for myself and make my dreams come true. At that very moment I made the decision to Start making my own waves rather riding them.
