We increasingly look to inspired care practices to anchor ourselves. Talk therapy can offer incredible relief and insight. However, ritual involves an embodied approach, weaving rhythms of the natural world and symbolism, offering an opportunity for meaning making and the physical representation of the internal experience.

This seasonal, four part workshop series focuses on meaning making and ritual infused with somatic practices, community, and finding joy.

Sarah Johnston, MSW, LICSW is a therapist, parent, partner, weaver, and folk dancer. A believer in liberation through community, connection, creating, and all things joyful and just.

Our Market season has come to an end at the Toolbox and Jim and I wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you to ALL the artists that came and popped up this year, your talent, commitment and table set up/take down/ manuvering continues to amaze me! Thank you all our Toolbox Artists for being here and being flexible and accomodating in your space! And Thank You to our community, to everyone that shared a post about markets, came to shop, told your neighbors, bought someone's art, we all appreciate you sooo much!

We're taking January off from markets. We'll be back in February for another Galentine's/Valentine's celebration. And bet your boots there will be waffles!
