October’s dream oracle…TOGETHERNESS➰〰️➿

09/28/2026

Sometimes there is a group of humans that come together in the most special way. Grateful to all of you who made it to the Ritual of Rest Restorative Yoga teacher training this weekend at Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness . ⁣
Thank you for bringing your presence, play, and support for each other. Until next time!

Guess what I’m teaching in October…not pictured: hands stained with ink, pastels, paper with marks, smudges, cuts, an eye mask, and the threaded dreams weaving this offering…👹

The invitation of the Fall Equinox is, in a sense, to cross a threshold. Wherever you are in the world, daylight and darkness are roughly balanced. So perhaps it is a good time to get curious about balance, equanimity, and equilibrium.⁣
⁣
With that spirit and inspired by a dear friend 😉. I made you a little Equinox Guide, with creative ideas, playlist links, a fall-inspired broth, and some creative inquiries. I hope that it moves you to honor this transition, in your own way.⁣

I wrote a poem inspired by a conversation with my cousin Anamargret Nerd 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏 that then flowed into a creative lunar eclipse ritual I’ll be exploring tonight.⁣
⁣
It feels like a remembrance of what is essential for me during this Eclipse. ⁣
Enjoy. ⁣

New Moon in Leo and Eclipse Blessings

🌑 Today’s New Moon reminds us to listen with the whole body.
🌑 The New Moon reminds us that we can begin again, start fresh, and reset.
🌑 This New Moon welcomes an intuitive, spiritual clearing.
🌑 This New Moon is curious about pride: What are you proud of? When does pride expand you? When might proudness become an obstacle?

As this New Moon is joined by an eclipse, our creative ritual will be simple—an invitation to rely on your own personal expression of soul. Inspired by Curandera Elena Avila, this ritual is a way to remember our souls’ expression, to take a moment to honor it, and to give it space to be witnessed, felt, and expressed.

Sometimes we need a map to orient ourselves in our creative practice. This is the one I’ve been recently navigating with.
