I'm finally able to post this finished project! 🇺🇸 I made two waving Flags, as an experiment. This is one of the two. Both turned out way better than I thought they would, and have been donated to two different charitable events.

I learned a lot during the process of making them. The last picture, is of the tool used to carve the deep portions of the Flag. It took me three years, after I bought the tool, to actually get up the nerve to use it. To describe this tool, it's basically a cheese grater attached to an angle grinder, spinning at 11,000 rpm's. My guess is, it will remove flesh and meat faster than it removes wood. Thankfully, I didn't find out.

I think I'll start on a couple more! 🇺🇸😁
