I’ll be performing / supporting the Little Africa Festival and Parade with an opening poem tomorrow at Hamline Park. AFRICA WEEK is official in St. Paul.

This event is put on by the wonderful African Economic Development Solutions (AEDS) of Minnesota Come celebrate the 10th anniversary! Hope to see you there:)

Doing it BIG for Little Africa festival put on by
I’ll be doing a soft introductory poem around 10am and performing at 5:20pm

This festival brings together Africa recognizing the contributions from African immigrant communities. Africa Week is OFFICIAL in St. Paul 🥇 is opening a plaza on 678 Snelling ave that will feature an African grocery, 2 store fronts, museum, and business offices.

Come check out performances, great food, and unique foods from Africa! Hope to see you there.

2024 Spring Art Crawl | ArT @ 967 Payne | April 26, 27 + 28

After two fabulous weekends of the Spring 2024 St. Paul Art Crawl, with splendid weather and great turnout, we at ArT at 967 Payne are looking forward to be one of the sites for the third weekend, featuring 16 talented artists, a top notch line-up of live music Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, artists talks and demos, and some great tastings of local food!

We are not precisely in Lowertown, St. Paul, but our venue is less than 2 miles away. We are inviting all visitors and guests to venture over to the Payne Avenue neighborhood, one of the most diverse urban districts in the Twin Cities, and support our diverse group of artists and the important work they are doing to lift up our community.

Looking forward to being able to welcome you all!

The Spring 2024 St. Paul Art Crawl is starting this weekend, and will feature a great number of artists and venues over the next three weekends. ArT at 967 Payne will be participating on the third weekend, April 26-28:
