Minimatronix Minimatronix develops animatronic solutions that bring miniature action figures to life. Due to time constraints, I can only take on a few projects per year.

I design and build miniature animatronic figures and radio control (RC) scale models, specializing in helicopters and ground vehicles for myself and occasionally pay customers. Feel free to contact me if you have interesting projects in mind.

Finishing up this 1:3.5 scale gun+nose sensor system for an EU customer. This is an ARF kit (90% built) that is designed to fit the XXL, Helifactory and Aerotec branded AH-1F/S Cobras. User only needs to supply 2S power, connect it to an Aux channel, flip the switch and watch the performance.

Building V2 of the 1/3 scale M197 gun for another customer's AH1-F Cobra. Improvements are made to the pan mechanism using a 4:1 gear system instead of the old pushrod. This should swing the huge mass more efficiently and reduce backlash.

Ball turret features a 5:1 gear ratio to rotate 360°. Hollow shaft houses the gun pitch servo cables without entanglement.
