🎶 When your dance instructor brings cups to class… and nobody's getting a drink. 😂🥤

Welcome to West Coast Swing, where the music has a beat, your feet have opinions, and sometimes your brain needs a little visual assistance!

Today, we brought out the fancy teaching equipment. Yep. CUPS. 😂

Why? Because sometimes SEEING the timing makes all the difference in FEELING the music!

And when that lightbulb moment happens? THAT is the good stuff! 💜

At DanceAbel, there's no one-size-fits-all way to learn. Sometimes we count it, sometimes we clap it, and apparently, sometimes we need to raid the kitchen cabinets. 🤣

Whatever it takes to make dancing CLICK!

The Bonds gifted the studio a centerpiece from their wedding because the wedding colors and our studio colors matched! ❤️

This was handmade with so much love and care, and I love it it so much that I haven't brought it into the studio yet, because I have been enjoying it on my dining room table.
