Our annual Iron Horse 5K Rhythm Run is BACK! 🎉 🏃‍♂️

Join us Saturday, September 19th at Mineola Nature Preserve for a fun-filled morning of running, walking, dancing & supporting our dancers!!🌟

This event is a fundraiser for our Dance Dimensions Competition Teams! 🩷💙 Every registration helps support our dancers as they work toward another incredible competition season! ✨

A portion of our proceeds will also be given to the Mineola Nature Preserve, we are so thankful for such a beautiful event location!🌲🌿

What a week it has been! We are SO proud of every dancer who showed up, worked hard, pushed themselves, and shared their passion with us during tryouts! 💙

A long week filled with fun classes, team bonding, and LOTS of dancing — and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of dancers to kick off this season with!

It’s been such a joy to watch our dance family this week! From DD4L teaching classes, recent graduates coming back to take classes, and our older dancers pouring into our younger dancer all week!! We are so lucky to have such an amazing dance family! 🤍

From performing on stage to soaking up the sunshine, beach days, and making memories together — this trip was one for the books!💙🌴 We can’t wait for the next adventure! ✨
