Based in Portland, Kana Hattori is a devotional singer and kīrtan leader who offers this practice as a path of joy, bliss, devotion and deep emotional honesty from lived experience and deep gratitude.

🌀 Authentic Relating 🌀 Tuesday September 1st, 7pm ✨

Many people are navigating a lot right now—relationship challenges, uncertainty, and the weight of current events. This class offers a space to pause, reconnect, and experience something that can be deeply supportive during times like these: genuine human connection within the community and a touch of playfulness. .

This evening is for anyone curious about deeper connection, meaningful conversation, and playful community. Whether you’re brand new to Authentic Relating or already love connection games, you’re welcome here. Come solo or bring a friend: many people arrive not knowing anyone and leave feeling surprisingly connected.

Join us for a two-hour Authentic Relating Game Night where we’ll explore a series of simple, interactive connection games designed to spark laughter, curiosity, and real conversation.

Throughout the evening we’ll weave in some of the core practices of Authentic Relating in small groups, pairs, and one-on-one, creating a space where people can be genuine, present, and human with each other. Through lighthearted prompts and engaging group activities, we build trust, practice being real, and discover how fun it can be to meet each other beyond small talk. Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere where laughter, insight, and new friendships naturally emerge.

These events are more than just a dance; but a way to bring individuals and community together in a way that’s deeply meaningful.

We’ve had community members architect entire dance playlists which we danced to at our events.  Giving members the canvas to express what moves them and dance to it together.

THIS FRIDAY August 21 @ 7:00pm-9:00pm

This month sound healer and reiki master Relendra will channel supportive vibrations as we enter Virgo season. Dawn will offer a soothing guided meditation to start, then she will offer Reiki (spiritually charged healing energy transmitted through gentle touch) to all participants, clearing and balancing your chakras, while Relendra channels angelic vocals and plays healing instruments to aid you in accessing deep restorative nourishment. Instruments played with healing intention will include crystal bowls, chimes, handpan, rattles and rainstick, plus several powerful gongs.

✨TEMPLES OF SOUND: SINGING MEDITATION🌀

Temples of Sound is a living sound practice where bodies, voices, and presence become temples. We will start with a singing meditation: Through breathwork, drumming, and shared instruments like shruti boxes and harmonium, participants co-create a practice that is not passive—everyone shapes the sound, everyone shapes the space. Healing begins as the nervous system calms, tension releases, and presence deepens.

🌀 Movement for Living with Maggie🌀 Tomorrow! & every Monday, 2 - 3pm ✨

In need of some gentle nervous system regulation? Join Maggie for in unwinding tension while having fun ✨

Movement for Living is a mindful movement class to reconnect you to your sense of being through breathing, movement, and awareness. Each session focuses on alignment, balance, strengthening, and stretching. We will use physio balls to release tension, strengthen abs, and stretch hips. The goal of the class is to increase body comfort, maintain mobility and lessen the risk of falling. No experience necessary — just come as you are and move at your own pace.

Maggie is a bodyworker who studied the Trager Method, the Melt Method and Bartenieff Fundamentals. This class will increase body awareness, release tension, breathe and calm your nervous system. ✨

🌀 Sacred Sound Bath 🌀 Monday 8/10 @ 7pm ✨ with Relendra 🕊️🪷

Join Relendra on a journey through sound and vibration on the second Monday of every month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm as she channels sonic textures and light codes for spiritual healing and the unfolding of the divine light within.

This journey of depth, transformation, and integration features the sonic textures of gong, handpan, crystal and metal bowls, chimes, rattles, and drums. Interwoven with these healing instruments, Relendra channels the angelic vibrations of divine love through vocal toning and light language and light song.

Relendra will guide the listener to regions of openness and inner peace, and activation of the light body and evolution of the soul, offered as a healing journey, blessing, and consecration of the living spirit within.
