✨Dr. Tiffany Ryan joins Mimi
at CHURCH FOR ALL for an exploration of the labyrinth🌀

THIS SATURDAY, October 24 @ 4:00pm-5:30pm

"How do we navigate the uncertainty, suffering, relationships, and transformations that are a part of being human - and find meaning along the way?"

Join Dr. Tiffany Ryan, creator of the Human Experience Labyrinth™️, for an experiential exploration of a framework designed to help us understand and navigate life with greater awareness, perspective, connection, and meaning.

After an introduction to the Human Experience Labyrinth, we'll move from learning into experience through an intentional labyrinth walk, creating space for reflection, contemplation, and connection with whatever is present in our lives right now.

Children welcome! Suggested donation: $10

✨9D SOMATIC BREATHWORK💫

THURSDAY! October 22 @ 7:00pm-8:30pm

As a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator, Michael creates a grounded, supportive space for people to explore immersive breathwork journeys. He combines the structured 9D experience with his background in massage and bodywork, helping participants connect with what is happening in their bodies and allowing space for reflection and integration afterward.

Michael’s approach is experiential rather than prescriptive. He believes people already carry much of what they need within themselves, and that breath, sound, and embodied awareness can create powerful conditions for discovery. His sessions are designed to give people space to slow down, go inward, and experience themselves in a different way.

Value $30, Access Rate $20, Supporter $50. 12 spots available, Venmo Michael to save your spot: -Burns-31

✨RAM DAS SATSANG🌞

MONDAY! October 4 @ 2:15pm-5:00pm

Join Hanu as we come together for connection, devotion, and spiritual exploration.

Our gathering will unfold in two parts:

Opening Kirtan (2:15-3ish)
Satsang Dharma Discussion (3ish to 5 p.m.)
Feel free to join us for any portion of the gathering that calls to you. All are welcome to come and go as needed.

Our Shared Commitments: From the Teachings of Maharaji & Ram Dass
In the spirit of love and interconnectedness, we commit to:

Love Each Other: Actively cultivate love and kindness towards everyone we encounter, regardless of their differences, seeing them as reflections of ourselves.
Feed Everyone: Embody love to inspire and heal. Treat all with genuine care, recognizing our impact on others. Share wisdom through actions & mindful sharing based on personal experience, rather than the passing around of advice. While we create a supportive environment, we recognize that our satsang complements but does not replace professional therapy.
Remember God: Honor the divine in each soul, transforming our consciousness and the world, understanding that we are connected to something much greater than ourselves.
As a Satsang, we dedicate ourselves to these practices, recognizing that being love transforms our consciousness and contribute to a ripple effect of love and peace in the world.

How to support: A $5-10 suggested donation helps us cover operational costs and ensure the continuity of the Satsang at Lajja Space, and is always deeply appreciated (NOTAFLOF)

Join Viveka for an empowering song circle and deeply nourishing gong bath. The gong is a beautiful instrument for regulating the body and for completing energetic cycles. This event will bring the gongs together with the unique and beautiful voices of all present to amplify intentions of harmony, joy, truth, and peace.

We will start with a 20 minute gong bath, leading us through the sonic portal to the realm of song. Ride on the waves of vibration and be moved to authentic expression, for then Viveka will gently guide us to sit upright and access our breath support for easeful vocalizing. She will then lead us in sweet simple songs in “call and echo” style. These empowering songs will stir a story of oneness and magic, lifting our moods and opening our hearts. Lyric booklets will be provided so all may sing along, and instruments are welcome, as well as absolute beginners to singing. The song storm will then settle back to stillness, making way for the return of the gong portal sending us back to solid ground.

Join us for this unique and powerful gathering!

Value $25, Access rate $15, Supporter $33. Save your spot HERE or Venmo -Space (“Gong & Song” in memo)

The Medicine of Singing Together 🎶🌀🎤✨

Come sing with us!

There is something powerful about a room full of voices.

You don’t need a “good” voice. (All voices are good.)

You don’t need to know how to sing.

You don’t need to perform.

You just need to be willing to listen, breathe, and let your voice join the chorus.

Our monthly Group Singing Circles are welcoming, intimate gatherings where we come together through song—to connect, express, listen, play, and remember that we are part of something larger than ourselves.

Come as you are.
Bring your voice exactly as it is.

🦋 When Voices Become One 🦋 Magic happens 🪄

Singing with other people can be a surprisingly simple way to come back into connection—with yourself, with others, and with the present moment.

There is no audition and no expectation of perfection. Instead, we explore the joy of making sound together, allowing individual voices to become part of a shared experience.

Whether you sing every day or haven’t sung since childhood, you are welcome here.

You might leave feeling...
🎤more connected to yourself and your community
🎤 grounded and present in your body
🎤 uplifted by the energy of collective song
🎤 more at ease with your own voice
🎤 nourished by listening as well as singing
🎤 reminded that your voice has a place here

Click the link in our bio to find all the details for these upcoming opportunities to raise our voices and spirits together! ✨✨✨

Singing meditation 🌀 Wednesday 9/23, 7-8:30pm ✨

Temples of Sound is a living sound practice where bodies, voices, and presence become temples.

Our events are interactive. We share our instruments and invite you bring your own to sing or play with us—or simply be and share the space. Choose your own adventure.

We will start with a singing meditation: Through breathwork, drumming, and shared instruments like shruti boxes and harmonium, participants co-create a practice that is not passive—everyone shapes the sound, everyone shapes the space. Healing begins as the nervous system calms, tension releases, and presence deepens.

The singing meditation seamlessly melds into crystal singing bowls, adding a vibrational layer that further calms the nervous system. Naps are encouraged.

Suggested energetic exchange $11 – $111. Email [email protected] to save your spot ✨
