At Deeplight, our mission is to make Live Action Role Play (LARP) accessible, enjoyable, and inclusive for everyone. We believe in sharing the joy of LARPing with adventurers of all ages and backgrounds. Our mission is to remove the barriers to entry for new adventurers by lending out all the garb, equipment, and weapons that people need. All one needs to bring to the LARP is themselves! We believ

e that fun and storytelling are the foundations of LARP, rather than the complex rules that some other LARP games may employ. We want to make sure that the experience of LARPing is simple and enjoyable for everyone involved. Family-Friendly: We welcome adventurers of all ages. Whether you are a child, a teen, an adult, or an elder, we welcome you all to share adventures together as a family. Our LARP was built as a community of individuals that care for each other and share the joys of LARPing in a way that is inclusive of all participants. While combat is a part of our LARP adventures, we feel it is important to have adventurers fill the non combat roles as well. Every adventurer, regardless of weapons or skills, is an essential part of the LARP stories that we share. Continuing the Adventure Online: We offer online adventures that allow people to continue their adventures in ways that are convenient for them. Whatever one does online continues into our live LARP events. Many other LARPs require high immersion, complex rules, and an emphasis on combat. Instead, we focus on cultivating new LARPers and removing the barriers to entry for new adventurers while retaining our veteran larpers. And with that we emphasize accessibility, affordability, and community in our LARP. We look forward to your adventures with Deeplight and the other adventurers!

The extent of Prima's destruction is vast. Even on the outskirts of Marquee in remote villages the people are feeling the effects of the great evil that has come forth from ancient ashes that cooled well before the Blight.

The village of Resolve's mayor is asking for your help: Bandits have imprisoned the village's only healer and pillaged the winter stores just for their mere entertainment and comfort. They believe themselves to be untouchable having fought off other well known "adventurers" while they have occupied the village.

The relative peace that Marquee fought to secure after the end of The Blight has been disrupted, leaving villages open to exploitation by nefarious opportunists. While the full army of the realm is preoccupied in an standoff with Prima’s forces along the border, the countryside is left completely unprotected, vulnerable to attack by foreign powers that would like to weaken Marquee’s defenses.

Taking advantage of the situation, a band of outlaws has invaded the village of Resolve, looting its winter provisions and kidnapping its sole healer. The bandit captain has demanded full control over the town in exchange for the healer’s safe return.

With a desperate call to arms, the town’s mayor turns to the mercenary companies, knights, and wandering adventurers who might answer the call and brings an end to the dictatorship. Only time will tell if you will stand by the oppressed village as a pillar of protection or march with the marauding outlaw faction into an uncertain future.

Since the change of regime at the end of The Blight, Marquee has become quite safe, bandit and monster attacks down to nearly zero. Despite the improvements to defense and safety, Prima has upset that status quo. The military and peace keeping forces have been sent to push the evil back, leaving many towns exposed. In the town of Resolve the local bandit kingpin has gotten bold, kidnapping the town healer and demanding the town be given to them as payment for her safety. You are being called upon to make sure that does not happen.
