The Valerie - A Premier Wedding & Event Venue

This multi-purpose event space is a canvas that combines timeless elegance and customized versatility, allowing every event to be simultaneously classic and uniquely special.

The lighting is integrated throughout the design from the textural feature wall and back bar arches to the color changing backlit mirrors along the walls. We love blending lighting into the built environment!

Nestled in Lake Country, The Inn’s heart is rooted in wood-fired cooking using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This warm, welcoming experience was the basis for design; creating a home away from home. Layers of light and shadow create pools for conversation, visual interest and an overall comforting atmosphere.

Behind the process : Milwaukee Tool

For this project we created renderings using the real fixture photometrics in our lighting calculation program to test the lighting effect. This was further refined with a head to head onsite mock-up of 3 different manufacturers. The results, even we were surprised how close the final installation was to the computer rendering.

A recently completed church project where the client wanted a brighter virtual viewing experience. We ended up providing a comprehensive design that brings out the stone wall and wood relief’s texture, provided proper reading levels for the congregation and brightens the altar in a balanced composition. With the click of an iPad button, the church can re-aim the motorized track heads to create dynamic and meaningful lighting scenes.
